1. Right to Withdraw

Where applicable consumer protection laws provide a right of withdrawal, eligible customers may cancel their online purchase within the statutory withdrawal period, generally 14 days for consumers in the European Union.

The withdrawal period and applicable conditions depend on the customer's location and the nature of the purchase.

2. Digital Products

VMPwn sells digital products, including automation bots, gaming tools, cheats, and related software.

For digital content supplied electronically, the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery or performance begins, provided all legally required conditions have been met.

Where required by applicable law, customers requesting immediate access must expressly consent to the supply beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that they will lose their right of withdrawal when the applicable conditions are satisfied.

These acknowledgements will be obtained during checkout where required.

3. How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise an applicable right of withdrawal, contact our support team before the withdrawal period expires.

Please include:

• Your full name.
• Your order ID.
• The email address used for the purchase.
• A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Contact: support@vmpwn.com

4. Refunds

Where a withdrawal is validly exercised, VMPwn will process any required refund within the applicable legal timeframe and using the required payment method.

Where legally permitted, access to the associated product or license may be revoked following withdrawal.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply in circumstances permitted by applicable law, including certain supplies of digital content that have begun after the customer has provided the required express consent and acknowledgement.

A blanket restriction on refunds does not override mandatory consumer rights.

6. Applicable Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to your purchase under applicable law.
